FEMA Assistance for those Impacted by April 2023 Flooding.
Starting today, May 29th, from 9 AM to Noon, the State of Florida and FEMA are operating a Disaster Recovery Center in Hallandale Beach at the Big Easy Casino's East Parking Lot, 831 N Federal Hwy. Then Tuesday, May 30th until Saturday, June 3, 2023, operating hours will be from 8 AM to 7 PM. Survivors can get help applying for federal assistance, learn about the types of assistance available, learn about the appeals process, and get updates on applications. FEMA Individual Assistance can help with temporary lodging expenses, basic home repairs, and other essential disaster-related needs. For more information, please call 1-800-621-3362.
