Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces
As we return to programming, all waivers and proof of residency must be updated. Please bring identification and proof of residency (Hallandale Beach residents only) to expedite registration.
Registration for all programs is limited and COVID safety measures are strictly enforced. All participation in programs and activities in City of Hallandale Beach facilities must be in compliance with current COVID protocols.
Entry into all indoor facilities requires a temperature scan and wearing of a mask at all times. By registering for a program or activity, you are agreeing to follow all rules, regulations and guidelines in place at the time of your program.
Check out our City Marina; Golden Isles Tennis Center; Historic Village home of the Curci House as listed on the National Register of Historic Places; and our community parks including the Cultural Community Center, home of the Parks and Recreation's Administrative Office.
We have almost completed the Parks Master Plan initiative to improve all City parks. On the November 4th, 2014 ballot, the Hallandale Beach Voters approved, by an overwhelming majority (65%), to issue $58.5 million General Obligation Bonds (GO Bonds) to complete the Parks Master Plan Improvements. Our Parks are governed by Park Ordinance 2015-08.
