Application Requirements:

• Must be submitted with fee payment
• Complete Vacation Rental Application, notarized, and signed by property owner, property manager or authorized agent.
• (DBPR) Department of Business and Professional Regulation- Division of Transient Public Lodging Establishment License
• Provide proof of active account with Broward County Tax Collector
• Interior floor sketch showing the number and location of parking spaces, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and exit locations for the subject vacation rental.
• Sketch showing evacuation route map.
• Sample of Posting Notice (Sample provides detail information required on posting).
• Current Local Business Tax Receipt

 Rental Agent:

• Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Present within 60 minutes
• Conduct inspection at end of every rental

 Facility:

• Land Line must be available
• Building and Fire Codes must be met
• Solid Waste regulations must be followed
• Notice of trash regulations must be posted
• Maximum occupancy calculated based on available space. Maximum of 4 per bedroom.
