Rich Dally grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey, where he developed a passion for the positive impact that local government can have on the lives of people. He knew at an early age that he wanted to be involved in politics, working on his first campaign at the age of 15. Rich utilizes his experience woking with small businesses in his role at a Fortune 100 company to inform his understanding of economic development in Hallandale Beach. He understands that small businesses are the backbone of the city and looks forward to creating an environment to help them flourish.
As a father, of twin girls, Sabrina and Samantha, Rich strives to make Hallandale Beach a place that they can grow and prosper with every opportunity to succeed. Since his appointment to the commission in February of 2018, Rich has prioritized pushing the city forward, utilizing technology to make Hallandale Beach more efficient and protecting the environment.
