Overview

The Department of Parks and Recreation oversees the maintenance of park facilities, creation of recreation programs and provision of special events.  Services are designed to provide opportunities for you and your family to participate in both leisure and recreational activities.

Hallandale Beach is home to:Campers playing games at Bluesten Camp.

     a park and recreation system which enriches the quality of life for residents and visitors alike,

    Staff is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our community members and visitors by
    enhancing the beauty of the city and providing innovative recreational programs.  We strive to
    make our city a more enjoyable place in which to live by providing the public with aesthetically
    pleasing parks, cultural and recreation programs.
