Overview
The Human Services Department administers a comprehensive after school educational program for children for kindergarten through middle school. The program operates year round from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm daily at the Austin Hepburn Center. A nominal registration fee of $150 per child for residents and $200 per child for non-residents is required. Applications are accepted yeard round, however space is limited so register early. The program is funded by The Friends of the Hepburn Center, Inc; The City of Hallandale Beach and Broward County Community Development Block Grant.
