Lynda Robin Meier (Missing Person)
Lynda Meier was last seen on Friday, June 4, 2010, leaving her residence in Hallandale Beach driving her 2007 Red Cadillac Escalade.
The investigation revealed that in the early morning hours on June 4, Lynda departed from her apartment at 1850 S. Ocean Drive in the city of Hallandale Beach and withdrew money from the Bank of America at 801 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard. The investigation also revealed she travelled west in the direction of the city of Miami Gardens. Lynda’s credit card was then used by an unknown person attempting to withdraw money from her account at an ATM in Miami Gardens and at another ATM in the city of Miami. Lynda’s master-card was then utilized on June 5, 2010, by two females at a Walmart located 5851 NW 177th Street Miami, Florida. Detectives have interviewed the two females. Lynda’s Cadillac Escalade was located in the city of Opa-Locka, Florida.

Gregory Carter (Homicide)
On Wednesday, October 15, 2008, at approximately 430 A.M., Gregory Carter was located deceased at 806 NW 7 th Terrace in the city of Hallandale Beach.
Carter was located lying face up in the parking area. His body was between a garbage dumpster and a vehicle. His chest was covered in blood and there was blood on his face. The investigation revealed Mr. Carter died from a gunshot wound and witnesses stated they heard the sound of gunshots prior to police arriving.

Samuel P. Cothran II (Homicide)
On Sunday, July 19, 2009, at approximately 12:36 P.M., Police Officers responded to 813 NW 7th Street #3 in the city of Hallandale Beach and discovered Samuel Cothran lying on the ground critically injured from a gunshot wound. Samuel later died at Hollywood Memorial Hospital.
The investigation revealed that several males were arguing outside of Samuel’s apartment. Witnesses stated two unknown black males dressed in dark clothing were observed attempting to pull the door open at Samuel’s apartment. A single loud bang consistent with that of a gunshot was then heard. Neighbors then observed Samuel lying on the ground bleeding in front of his apartment door.

James Edward Thomas (Homicide)
On October 5, 2003, 5 P.M., James Thomas was located dead inside of his residence at 115 NW 3 Street # 2 in the city of Hallandale Beach.
The investigation revealed that Thomas was stabbed to death. The building manager stated that he last saw James alive on October 4, 2003, at about 8 P.M. On October 5, 2003, 5 P.M, the building manager claims he knocked on James door but received no response. Feeling that it was odd that James did not answer, he retrieved a copy of the door key and entered the apartment locating James on his bed covered in blood. A large knife was also located near James’ body.

Almas Roth (Homicide)
On May 21, 2004, 7 A.M, Almas Roth was located dead at 209 NE 2 Avenue in the city of Hallandale Beach.
The investigation revealed Almas was discovered lying on her back in a grassy area where city employees were picking up garbage. Almas had no apparent signs of trauma to the front of her body. There was an abrasion on Almas’ right knee and the scene appeared as if she were dragged from the roadway to the grassy area. Further investigation revealed Almas may have left her residence to meet someone at approximately 2:00 A.M. dressed in the clothes she was found wearing when discovered deceased. A witness advised that at approximately 4:00 A.M. on May 21, they saw a 5’10 to 6’0 tall 35-40 year old black male dressed in black pants and a black shirt walking south on NE 2nd Avenue.
