Overview

The warehousing and inventory control of receipt, distribution and storage of equipment and materials is a departmental function. Surplus and confiscated items are disposed through online auctions and notices posted in the City Hall Lobby.

The Procurement Department coordinates property maintenance contracts and activities for City-owned properties such as, Municipal Complex/Police facilities, Public Works, and Fire Department facilities, on a routine basis. This includes building and equipment preventive maintenance.
