HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT
The Administrative offices are located at the Hepburn Center. The Human Services Director’s Office heads up the Administration Section and provides oversight for the Department. The Director’s Office and the Administrative Staff develops the annual budget, implements policies, creates and updates operational guidelines and procedures. Department purchasing, contracts and grant management is also handled by Administration. In addition, Administration is responsible for department hiring, payroll and records management.

The Director’s Office develops partnerships and works in collaboration with several community agencies and governmental entities to support the mission and goals of the Human Services Department. Administrative Staff is engaged in many community activities, as a method of marketing services and to provide outreach to the community. Client assurance is also a vital responsibility of the Administrative Staff.
