Fees

Overview

The fees you pay to obtain your permit covers the cost of services the City provides to make sure your project meets the requirements of the building code.

• Permit fees are based on the total cost of the construction for the project.

• A Copy of the signed contract between the owner and contractor with a breakdown of construction cost per trade is required.

• A breakdown of the construction costs per trade is required in a copy of the contract submitted in order to verify actual construction costs.

• A non-refundable plan review fee shall be paid at the time of submittal and will be credited towards the total cost of the permit.
