The Planning and Zoning Board Recommended Approval of this Item with a Majority Vote of (6-0) on September 23, 2009.

The City Commission Approved the Item on October 21, 2009 on First Reading on a 5/0 vote.

B. An Ordinance of the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida,  Amending Chapter 8, Buildings, Construction and Condominiums by Creating Section 8-37, ”Hallandale Beach Green Building Program” and Amending  Chapter 32, Zoning and Land Development Code by Amending Section 32-787, “Site Plan Review Standards” Providing for Conflict, Severability and an Effective Date.
