                        for the Investment Results for Surplus Funds through June 30, 2009

The Finance Department has made arrangements for Steven Alexander, CTP, CGFO, Managing Director of PFM Asset Management, LLC., to make a presentation to the City Commission on the Investment Results for Surplus Funds April 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009 at the August 19, 2009 City Commission Meeting.

Accordingly, we have requested a time certain for the presentation, which should last about fifteen minutes.
