SUBJECT:   Fiscal Year 2007-08 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report             

                     (CAFR) and Single Audit Report (Compliance Report)

We request consideration to accept and place on file the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and the Single Audit Report (Compliance Report) for the Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2008 at the June 17, 2009 City Commission Meeting.  A representative from the auditing firm of McGladrey & Pullen will be attending.  Accordingly, we respectfully request a time certain.

The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and the Single Audit Report has been distributed to the City Commission in hard copy.  Additionally, they are attached electronically to the agenda.
