PURPOSE
To adopt on Second Reading an Ordinance amending the Land Use Element of the City Comprehensive Plan by changing the land use designation of the property located at 112 NW 3 Ave from Residential, Low-Medium to Residential, High Density.
BACKGROUND
The City’s Commission at their April 1, 2009 meeting approved the attached Ordinance on First Reading.
DISCUSSION
No changes were made to the ordinance at First Reading. The Ordinance was advertised, the property was posted, and a courtesy notice was mailed to all surrounding property owners with a 1000 foot radius.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Commission to adopt the attached Ordinance on Second and Final Reading.
