SUBJECT:     Presentation of Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Proposed Ocean Outfall Regulation

As per our discussion regarding the subject, I have contacted the City of Hollywood and requested a copy of the presentation regarding the proposed ocean outfall regulation and the economic impact the new regulation, if adopted, will have on the City’s operations and on our community.  Mr. Albert Perez, Director of Utilities for the City of Hollywood, will also be attending the presentation.

Accordingly, I am requesting a time certain for the presentation, which should last about fifteen minutes.
