1. How can I bring my property up to code?

The City of Hallandale Beach is committed to helping residential property owners maintain and improve their properties through the Neighborhood Improvement Program, which assists residential property owners in improving their properties and correct code deficiencies by providing interest-free loans for improvements.

2. How can I prevent illegal dumping?

Do not place items in front of your house until a scheduled bulk waste pick-up or you contact the sanitation department to schedule a pickup. Items on the swale will attract illegal dumping. If you catch someone dumping illegally please call the Police Department at (954) 765-4321.
