How do I dispose of hazardous waste (motor oil, paint, fuel, electronics ect)?
The City accepts residential household hazardous materials on Saturdays at the Department of Public Works Compound (630 NW 2nd Street) from 8:00 am to 2:45 pm. Proof of residency is required. Accepted materials include: residential pain (1 gallon size) tires (max of 4 per visit), fluorescent light bulbs, vehicle batteries, electronic materials, used motor oil, household cleaners and anti-freeze.
